#ENDSARS: PASTOR #ADEBOYE'S SON LEKE, LEADS ENDSARS #PROTEST SERVICE OUTSIDE #LAGOS GOVERNMENT HOUSE.
Leke Adeboye last son of the general overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) Pastor Enoch Adeboye on Sunday led a church service for EndSARS protesters in Lagos. The service was held at the protest ground in front of the government’s house. EndSARS protests have been ongoing for nearly two weeks over police brutality.
Pastor E.A Adeboye's son, Pastor Leke Adeboye is optimistic about the ENDSARS protest as he led the ENDSARS service that held outside the Lagos State Government House today.
While leading prayers during the service, he assured the young folks that Nigeria has been handed over to the youths. Via the endsars protests and the endsars prayer walk, a new nigeria is bound to emerge. He encouraged those at the protest ground to move God's hands in prayers, that God should touch Nigeria and its political leaders.
In his own words , he said
"I want all of us to know that this nation has been handed over to us slowly but surely this singular move that we are all here representing our families, friends and nation. This is the begining of the new Nigeria."
"Father, please touch my nation! Please touch our leaders! Please touch me! Oh Lord! Touch this nation. Touch our leaders, touching their hearts, touch their ears, touch their brains so that this nation can be greater and become a nation that we want in Jesus name." He prayed.
It should be recalled that Pastor Adeboye had earlier declared his support on twitter to the peaceful ENDSARS protest to end police brutality. Pastor Folu Adeboye, his wife has also been in support to the ENDSARS protest by sending in food and drinks directly from the RCCG redemption camp.
